Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh

Stainless steel is selected for their wear-resisting, heat-resisting, acid-resisting and corrosion resisting characteristics. Many different grades of stainless are used in wire cloth. T304 is the most common, but other are used in specific applications to take advantage of each grade's unique properties. The wire mesh made of stainless steel is extensively used in mining, chemical industry, food industry and pharmaceutical industry.

50 mesh plain weave stainless steel wire mesh including 50 wires and openings of 1 inch. Using 0.12-0.25mm diameter wire, by plain weaving, woven 50 mesh opening for 0.2-0.3mm solid particles , it can also be used as a liquid or gas fine filter material . This wire diameter and mesh with ratio reasonable, therefore weave structure is very strong. After 13 whole weaving process, so that the mesh surface flatness better.

Materials: SS201, SS202; SS301, SS302, SS304, SS304L, SS309, SS309S, SS310, SS310S, SS316, SS316L, SS321; SS410, SS420, SS430.

Characteristics:
Square Wire Mesh made of selected plain steel wire offers precise construction, uniform opening, excellent corrosion and rust resistance.
Square aperture,high flow through and relative high open area,as result less pressure drop during filtration.
Meantime stainless steel square mesh also has the features of acid resistance , alkaline-resisting property, heat-resisting feature, wear-resistant and high temperature property.

Applications:
This kind of stainless steel wire mesh are widely used in acid, alkali screening and filtration under environmental conditions, the oil industry for the mud net, chemical fiber chemical industry for sieving, environmental protection, minerals, aviation, paper industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating industry for pickling and so on. Mainly used as air vents, filters, strainers, shielding, plastic extrusion particles mesh, chemical filler, etc.
