Plaster Welded Wire Mesh
As reinforcing material, plaster mesh is used for building internal and external decoration, especially in plastering work. It protects the plaster layer surface from cracking and increases the mechanical strength of the plaster layer. Meanwhile plastering mesh provides a better grip with plaster wall and forms the skeleton layers of the wall plaster and putty, thereby significantly strengthening the plaster layer and significantly extending its service life. Due to its strength and durability, plaster mesh is also successfully used as reinforcing material in strengthening the foundations of buildings, restoration and reinforcement of existing plaster, brickwork, installation of thermal insulation and roofing tile ties, and road laying pavement construction.
Welded stucco mesh is performed by welding of mild heat treated wire with or with out zinc coating, helping the plaster layer of shrinkage walls avoid cracking. With the feature of high resistance to corrosion, galvanized mesh is more durable.
Common Material: Low carbon Steel Wire, Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire
Galvanized Technique:
Galvanized before welded wire mesh;
Galvanized after welded wire mesh.
Features:
strong antiseptic antioxidant, the net surface is flat, firm structure, even if local cutting section or partial pressure also does not happen slacken off phenomenon.
Applications:
Widely used as reinforcing material in strengthening the foundations of buildings, restoration and reinforcement of existing plaster, brickwork, installation of thermal insulation and roofing tile ties, and road laying pavement construction.
