Stainless Steel Plain Weave Woven Wire Mesh
Plain weave woven wire cloth is used for the majority of wire cloth woven by weaving machine. Each warp wire crosses alternately above and below every weft wire and vice versa. Warp and weft wires are normally of the same diameter. Plain weaves are used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.
Stainless steel wire mesh contains chromium and nickel in addition to steel. It is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. After stainless steel wire mesh has been woven, it may become slightly magnetic due to cold working.
Materials: Stainless Steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L and other stainless steel alloy. Aluminum, copper, nickel, carbon steel, hastelloy metal materials are available.
Weaving Type: Plain Weave: Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter.
